“Defending the Falsely Accused is not a Job for the Weak, the Timid, The Inexperienced or the Incompetent.”
I am Michael Cronkright, one of the founding partners of Kronzek & Cronkright, PLLC. I hold firmly to the belief that every criminal defendant and every person suspected of a crime deserves the best possible defense. Our legal system seems to be trending toward treating the accused poorly and lowering the quality of defense. Unfortunately, many clients are represented poorly by attorneys who don’t give them the time and attention they deserve. In our law firm, we work very hard to make sure every client gets an excellent defense.
As a trial attorney, I have learned that many people are accused of crimes they did not commit. Sometimes that is because of over-charging by the prosecutor. Over-charging is where a prosecutor brings charges that are substantially more serious than the events call for. They do this because they are posturing for a plea agreement. Sometimes, suspects face blatantly false allegations. As defense attorneys we understand that people make mistakes and need help. Our job is to provide that help.
In my practice, I work daily with clients in criminal cases, Children’s Protective Proceedings, and other complex litigation. I have extensive experience defending child abuse cases, especially infant injury and death cases. I have a passion for defending the falsely accused and those treated unfairly by police, prosecutors and CPS investigators.
I have served as lead trial attorney on numerous complex cases involving false allegations by children. I have extensive training and experience working with child witnesses in court. My courtroom experiences have lead me to believe that many attorneys and judges are uncomfortable with child testimony and don’t handle it well.
Because we are exclusively retained counsel, we have had the benefit of training from, and courtroom experience with, nationally prominent medical, psychological, and scientific experts. The expertise and knowledge gained is invaluable in breaking down the barrier of false accusations, misleading evidence, and suggestive child interviews by authorities.
I have obtained not guilty verdicts throughout Michigan and have successfully litigated the reunification of families facing allegations by Children’s Protective Services. If I can be of assistance to you or your loved ones, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly at Cronkright@KronCron.com .

“I am determined to see that every Client in my Firm has the Highest Quality Criminal Defense. Every Criminal Case is Treated as the Most Important Event our Client Will Ever Face.”
I am attorney Chuck Kronzek. My interest in founding this law firm, along with my first partner, Michael Cronkright, was that I wanted to operate a firm where we could offer each of our clients the best possible defense, the best possible attorneys and the best possible results. I am proud of what we have been able to achieve. Since we started practicing together, Mike, myself and the team have had many trial victories; too many to keep track of really. We enjoy our reputation of being thorough, intense, competent Michigan criminal defense attorneys. We love winning cases and helping clients.
At Kronzek & Cronkright, PLLC, we never stop educating ourselves, never stop learning better ways to present arguments and win cases. I make sure that all of my attorneys participate in continual ongoing legal education and training. I make sure that every criminal defense file is regularly reviewed by one of the partners in the firm.
We don’t have any small cases or unimportant clients. If you are being represented by my law firm, I will accept your call and review your case progress with you, even if another attorney in the firm is the lead attorney on the case. I meet with clients during the day, during the evenings and on weekends. I offer you my personal guarantee: If you are a client at my firm, you will be represented well. I will see to it.

Mr. Piotrowski is now putting his decades of experience prosecuting individuals to work by defending clients and their constitutional rights both in and out of the courtroom. Ms. Service firmly believes in a criminal defendant’s constitutional right to a competent criminal defense attorney.
