We agree that a good defense attorney is essential in any criminal case. But the evidence Rex Butler had available to him on this case was from a pair of investigators and paralegals. They first exposed Alaska State Troopers use of thermal imagers (FLIRs) and use of the National Guard flyovers with FLIRs in Alaska in 1998. Then exposed the unlawful use of thermal imagers by Kyle Young in another pro se case, State v. Ladan soon after that. The prosecutor told Judge Cutler that her ruling would require him to dismiss over 200 pending felony marijuana cases. in the Ladan case. Then Kyle Young developed his alleged extra sense of smell to overcome the admission of use of thermal imagers. The only known scientific report in the country was located by the same couple, and the expert witness and the scientific report was provided to Rex Butler and several other attorneys during another state case by the same couple. More than 40 years helping counsel and pro se litigants individually and through ACLU, NLG, Campaign for Human Justice, International Due Proces Foundation, Lewisburg Prison Project, and many others. We just thought you might want to know the rest of the story. Kyle Young and other Alaska State Troopers drive around in the early hours of the morning, between 1 and 4 a.m. developing these locations, because as he previously testified the thermal imagers work best at that time of morning. I my self have had my soon to be exwife reading my emails which I think is an act against the law she has since beeen try to use this against me Ithink this is very un fair.So I will be trying to get the police to listen to my problem. All I can do is go up the chain to get my rights protected .Did she cross the line I think she did.To talk to people that can try to give you some peace of mind should not be shoved in your face hope sombody will listen and take note this should not be taken as just a joke.
